Um......... #2. They accept any customer..........of age, with money, is mentally stable, no open sores, does not have TB, no violent sexual criminal history, ...............
Not all will get in (get it in?). The house/state will make specific rules.
Actually I have no problem with legalization but doubt I would have ever been a patron.
Edit: I personally have a problem with all of the activities in #4. Hair is the only one I tolerate, barely. If I don't know you I don't want to be touched that way.
