Generalizations? Please darling, tell me where in that post I generalized anything? You do know that in order to have generalized something I would have had to say "I hate that Christians say this" or "Christians believe this" I'm pretty sure all I said was I don't like when I have heard someone (opposite of general) say something to another someone (still opposite of anything generalized) But do tell where I am mistaken.
Ok... could be my mistake.... the end of your comments made it sound like you where attributing it to all.

I once went with my friend to her church (no clue on what kind, I was like 8) and the guy with the microphone had me literally in tears because he had convinced me that I was a sinner and when I tried to say I wasn't a bad kid the answer was I was born a sinner. I was hysterical because I was being told that sinners are bad and that I was a sinner just because I had been born that way. Of course I was first in line to be 'forgiven' for being born. I was still crying when they took me home that night.
Sorry, you had that experience. I’m not questioning your account, but you may consider that you misunderstood somethings (being 8 and all). But it could of also been them that where mistaken.... you shouldn’t judge a philosophy, by its abuse.
