God(If we presume he exists). Let's cancer, tumors, rape, mental crippling, happen to little girls and boys and their moms. And forwards promise of torture trough his followers to rest of people so they kneel before him.
God doesn't make those things happen, sin has brought all this on man, God promises to be with those who love Him and help them through such things. God doesn't force anyone to love and worship Him, on the contrary He wants us to worship Him and love Him by our own choice.
