One in an electric roaster, the other smoked by me in a smoker we inherited. Dafuq? Her dad smoked meat in it; so what- I ain't her dad. It's going to take a whole bag of coals and multiple lightings of same, with all kinds of attendance, for like 5 hours.
Fuck that. I haven't done it in years, and I'm hoping for the wind to come up and make it not happen again this year. Then, it can suffer "mysterious disappearance" from the back yard, I won't have to do it ever again.
Some vegies- sweet potatoes, baby potatoes, some kind of green beans, a nice salad with lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, black olives and other goodies in it. Punkin pie.
