The most inspirational movies that left an indelible impression on you!

Forrest Gump. How could that not inspire the viewer, I ask you?

That movie bored the shit out of me. I never liked it.

But, I have to give it credit. I did a great Forest Gump impression in my college days. I met my X-wife's friend first, and was telling her jokes to the point she told my X "You got to meet this guy, he is funny." So one day I ended up meeting them in the cafeteria at lunch time. Had them all laughing the entire meal. Went for desert, came back with a bowl of soft serve frozen yogurt, chocolate/vanilla. 

Anyhwo, looked directly at my(future girlfriend/wife) and in a Forest Gump voice said, "You think I'd make a great husband but you wont eat my ice cream." She laughed so hard I thought she was going to choke on her food.

So even though I hated that movie, it literally had an impact on my life, in a good way, even though the marriage didn't last.
