The conspiracy fetish pron you are linking does, indeed, maintain that the goivernment of the USA designed and managed the attacks. We didn't. Our goverment isn't incredibly honest or open, though, so I'll give you that. They wished upon a star that we would not discover their abject failure to prevent the attacks, we did. This deals another blow in and of itself to the notion that a government which didn't prevent those attacks, couldn't hide their incompetence in that regard, and can't even deliver mail could have engaged in anything remotely similar to what you and the trash video propose.
Sure, they lied. They lied their asses off..but mostly by omission. The alternative was to tell the truth and be pilloried. The latter happened anyway, because they're not even good at lying by omission.
