Also didn't Trump actually promise during his campagin that he'll actually put import taxes for all those US companies that make their products in China and Mexico to make it more feaseable for them to actually make those products like cars, computers, iphones etc. in US and hire US workers?
And yet with his new tax plan he is actually awarding Apple with $47 billion.
Seems like he just awarded China.
And yet with his new tax plan he is actually awarding Apple with $47 billion.
Quote:Under current tax laws, Apple would have to pay $78.1 billion to bring its profits back to the U.S. Under the Senate plan, on the other hand, Apple would only have to pay $31.4 billion on its past overseas earnings, Richard Harvey, a tax professor at Villanova University told the Financial Times. Harvey has testified before Congress regarding Apple’s overseas holdings.http://thehill.com/policy/technology/363...tax-reform

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
