Or he's just a shitty person and wouldn't be a better person if he could communicate more coherently. No one's been exploiting the "economically anxious" - that's just you buying into their savior of the poor and middle class bullshit even though you disagree with it.
They're bigots. They've been exploiting bigots. It's a black mark on our government and we seek to reduce that pain (even when we manage to acknowledge their bigotry) by diluting the offense with "economic anxieties" and mental deficiencies of various bigots and bigot exploiters. Meanwhile, they have no trouble predicting or understanding each other. The difference is in intensity and in it's overt expression, but not in substance.
