You might have a point if there were not also physical and mental health effects that affect current and future relationships. Hmmm, if God created us, wouldn't he have known the problems that sexual immorality can create? If half of these things are true, then Jesus' understanding--in the first century--of the human condition is nothing short of remarkable: https://fightthenewdrug.org/3-reasons-wh...s-harmful/
Many behaviors can have negative effects. That doesn't mean that the acts themselves are immoral.
People's brains react similarly to other forms of stimuli, like video games, yet I don't think anyone would say that the very act of sitting down and playing some Mario is immoral. And if you think I'm exaggerating, look up MMO addiction.
Shit, alcohol is an addictive substance, one which can affect more than the brain, yet no one thinks that having a drink or two is an immoral act.
Yes, porn can result in bad consequences*. But that doesn't mean that it will, inevitably. Addiction can happen with a lot of things, but that doesn't mean that the thing, itself, is somehow innately immoral.
Calling it 'sexual immorality' is begging the question.
*I'm well aware of the negative things - abuse (physical, drug), sex trafficking, rape, etc. - surrounding the porn industry. Like with anything, it's buyer beware. There are plenty of ways to find out which studios/directors are good to their workers and those that aren't. Usually, the studios run by women are better in that respect.
