Agreed. It wasn't like they were getting arrested for selling lemonade at the end of their driveway ... they were on the lawn of the Capitol building in a place where heightened security is not only a regular practice but well understood by the local citizens.
Their generic slogan was, "Lemonade for Freedom" and they were selling it for 10cents. This tells me that they clearly wanted to get arrested in order to make some kind of point, and I'm not even sure that even they knew exactly what message they were trying to convey.
