If you have a link post it please. Everything I am reading indicates he came under 'surveillance' after joining Trump election team - possibly AFTER leaving the Campaign effort.

Notice the date, august of last year, and this had already become public. So..try again...if you're not finding it, it;s because you're not looking. I just got a full page of old and current news, there is no dispute whatsoever on this point of fact. The russians, for their part, appear to have thought of him as a useful idiot the entire time. I guess they were right. That's just what we know. Page had, ofc, began his work in russia..in the 90's......and got swept up by other surveillance of other possible (and actual) foreign agents.
The fisa warrant was a re-authorization of surveillance that began at least 1 year before trump announced his candidacy, and two years before page become a part of the team. He only resigned when it became public, in sept of 2016, and at that time the full extent of fbi surveillance wasn't known..because unlike today..the government wasn't in the habit of putting foreign agents on notice. By july of 2016, however, the fbi had directly warned the campaign that foreign agents would try or already had joined his team. Who do you think they were talking about?
The release of this highly politicized memo is damning..but only to the trumpsters..because it's a story of the fbi functioning properly and being ignored, and now...obstructed..and villified.
Yep, you produced your source, circular as it is.

Page was likely under surveillance several years back due to intercepted conversations between two other russians. And then it ended long ago. Unlikely that it was 'ongoing'. Probable the past surveillance was used to justify the newer episode of obfuscate the 4th.
