Heh, My sister is a shrink, I hear a lot about human development and studies on children. even at 11 years old, any male or female human can't understand sexuality, eventough My little cousin got her period at 9. some come off laterr, it doesn't mean one should stick a peen into her.
My sisters when got their period, I ran off to be honest. No way I could help them and it felt weird. they are just 2 years younger.
