Here some question that we should know before we can say that we know what survival is all about.

We can't say that even if we answer them. 

1) Is evolution based only in body changes or involve consciousness as well?

Evolution is based on organic chemistry.  

2) What is driving evolution?

Briefly.....inherited genetic material, mutation, and relative rates of reproduction both between and within a species.  

Survival only or involve also the need to reach some goal in life?

Evolution isn't goal oriented.  It's not even about any individual organisms survival.  

3) Are individual who are not able to survive lost for ever or will pop up in a different environment  most suitable to their capabilities to survive?

Seen any graveyards emptying themselves out recently?  

4) Did Darwin and other really studied other possibilities other than whether evolution is driven only by survival?

Darwin wasn't studying evolution at all, and wouldn't come to that conclusion for years.  He got a berth as a 22 year old naturalist in 1831 and wouldn't write Origin until 1859. When he set foot in the galapagos is was he literal creationist on a geological survey aboard HMS Beagle.  Shitty sailor, excellent field work. He only spent 18 months at sea on a five year voyage. When he did finally formulate his views he very carefully preceded them with artificial selection, the "other possibility" in that case being the intentional machinations of a creative being. In his example, us. He was unaware of the genetic mechanism that now largely defines evolution...but his basic understanding of heredity (he was not familiar with mendel) allowed him to posit an explanation for the geographic dispersion of species. This, not evolution, was what he was studying. He discovered natural selection in the process.

5) Can a plant evolve into an animal,

No.

an animal into a human

You are an animal, no further evolution required.

or plant stay plant,

Plants will always be plants.  You can't change who or whatyour parents were, that ship has sailed.....lol.

animal stay animal and human stay human?

Redundant, and same as the above.

6) If evolution exist is because there is a goal to reach or is all about random chances?

Neither.  See above.

7) Does evolution act like the gear of a vehicle that increase his speed as it change the gear?
