Unfortunately, I think you're too late. The first time I tested by just picking a random message I'd sent in the past, in which case it just said 'delete for me', but this time I just sent a new message and did exactly the same steps and it had the option for everyone... even after the other person had read it... but now, looking at it again, about twenty minutes later, the option for everyone is gone, so it looks like it's a very short window of opportunity... maybe ten to fifteen minutes or less.
