60, male, retired from medical, multiple monogamist, annoyed at your assumptions. Do you understand how offensive some of these questions are to atheists? However, something tells me that you really don't care.
1. How would you define God?
A delusion created by men.
2. Can a person know God? (How?)
Yes, by believing in the delusion told to them by other men.
3. Who was/is Jesus Christ?
A rabble-rouser who had fantastical stories attributed to him years later for the benefit of the cult.
4. What is the biggest problem, in your opinion, facing humankind today?
Extinction.
5. What is (how do you define) sin?
A part of the delusion. I've also heard that it's killing a mocking bird.
6. How do you feel about the church (and/or Christianity) and why do you feel this way?
Usually on my hands and knees when the lights go out. Why, so I don't injure myself. Christianity is a revenge death cult, read Revelations.
7. How would you define the concept of salvation?
It's the carrot part of the delusion. I think you know what the stick is.
8. Do you think that there is only one way to reach God? (Elaborate)
Yes, by believing in the delusion as told to you by men. (offensive question)
9. What happens after we die?
Fertilizer at best. Hopefully some of my organs will be transplanted.
10. How would you define a Christian?
Delusional. Seeing a pattern yet?
11. Which is more important to you, knowing God or loving God? Can they be separated?
This is another one of the offensive questions.
12. How does a person get to heaven?
They don't. This is just the golden ticket promised by men for manipulation. I hear that Catholics can try to buy the ticket that does not exist.
13. What is your philosophy of life?
Live it the best that I can for me and those around me and to continue the species.
14. What do you think is common to world religions? How do they differ?
Delusion. Differ, they all have their own peculiar twist on the delusion.
I doubt you got the answers you expected, or maybe you did, ya know, coming from a heathen and all. If you're really concerned about what atheists think and feel you should probably hang around and just talk to us. Questions out of context like this tend to piss me off.
Edit: I see that you seem to be pissing other people off also.

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
