This is explicit. This is straight language, talking about "the soldiers of God" being allowed to enslave and do whatever they like to children.
What's explicit and straight is that they kept female virgins alive. What's explicit in other parts of the law is that such captives were made wives with full rights and could not be treated as slaves.
When I read such passages, I assume that they waited until any girls below marriageable age reached such age.
The assumption that they raped children is a product of your own sick mind.
