Not at all. That is a crime against humanity. I expect any god who is writing the moral rules for humanity to explain it clearly, and explicitly so that there is no confusion. Example: marital rape.
On the other hand; I will expect a God's usage of language to be perfect. Detailing in speech is not eloquent; the lesser words you use the more eloquent you are. No need to specify rape if:
1-Sex outside of marriage was already forbidden
2-Corrupting in earth was already forbidden
A God must be eloquent.
