On the other hand; I will expect a God's usage of language to be perfect. Detailing in speech is not eloquent; the lesser words you use the more eloquent you are. No need to specify rape if:
1-Sex outside of marriage was already forbidden
2-Corrupting in earth was already forbidden

Not at all.  Sex outside of marriage says nothing about women being autonomous. In fact, it implies the opposite; that women are property or their husbands.

But it wasn't about women being autonomous; it was about condemning rape.
Women are not a property of the husband in Islam; for each a role that must be fulfilled for the relationship to be healthy.
