Wise position, I suppose in this sense I'm agnostic, but to paraphrase Dawkins, I'm as agnostic about god as I am about faeries.
And claiming absolute knowledge can make you a close-minded person.
I also liked your point about Zeus, you're right, he's just as valid as the christian god.

That's of course if the god happens to be a loving, caring one, like some theists claim.
But because there's no evidence of a god, you can't really say anything about what his/her/it's attributes would be if it existed.
