Arps.
Junk.
Feet.
Hair.
Then I use a cloth to partially dry my hair, and then soap it to wash my bung.
If I've been doing heavy greasy manual labor (like laying under one of my vehicles, replacing suspension, steering or engine parts), my hands and arms will have already been cleaned with some sort of gritty, caustic soap, or those wipes that have some seriously abrasive crud cutters.
I'm not following the question format, but wth. I shower when I'm dirty. I've been building a block wall on the front of my property. Don't let the term "property" fool you- the street is only about 30 feet from the front walls of my domicile. I would prefer that my home was like most of the rest on this street, and wasn't terraced. I wouldn't have a wall to rebuild. If I'm doing something other than digging all day, I shower in the morning. If not, I shower at the end of the work day. Baths are not in my foreseeable future- I don't like soaking in my own dead skin and accumulated dirt.
I don't shave in the shower. I've never understood the point of that. It would be an incredible waste of water, unless I turned it off, and the time that the water runs is already as minimal as possible. In fact, I collect the water running from the spigot until it is hot, and use it for flushing water, as the the water heater is over 50 feet from the faucet. That saves about 2.5 gallons per day. I've been doing that for decades.

If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
