Umm,I think it is you who struggling in not grasping that you set up a false dichotomy,even after it was pointed out to you.IE You gave only two choices,when in fact there are many..

Not sure I actually understand the question,I'll answer the question I think you asked: IE " (who) if any, are giving a theistic view?" If you mean here,hang around and you will soon see. If you mean anywhere else, I have no idea,and could not care less who gives what view(s) about anything.
