I'm going to assume you meant to say "I wasn't representing them as being anything but evil." That seems to make the most sense given the context (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this point). You may not have explicitly stated "that's what all abortions are like," but your consistent characterisation of abortion as being like that, particularly in this post:

seems to imply you either A) think this is what most abortions are like, or B) it's fair to treat all abortions like that, even though you know it's not true.
