Kit, agree.
None of us know or evolved to know how our world actually is.
Just to survive it long enough to reproduce through a "best guess" via our 5 flawed sensors to the outside world.
And then our evolved lizard brain needs to try to make sense of all that information as best we can.
Basically we're all walking blind and oblivious. But we've done ok so far, against all odds.
