You just can't turn them away for being gay. I feel like you're being deliberately obtuse here. Turning away a customer based on political views is nothing like turning away a customer because they are gay.
Because no one is saying that you cannot turn them away for being same sex attracted.
And yes, I agree, that I’d if there is a dress code, that you can enforce that rule.
