I'm confused, are you using 'same sex attracted' as a euphemism for gay? You can't discriminate based on peoples' orientation, that's it. You can discriminate based on political views, behavior, clothing, etc. It's simple.
I agree, that you cannot discriminate based on sexual preference. I also don’t think that you can discriminate based on political views. I do think that you should not be forced to work on something that goes against your conscience.
