So the depression level got a little bit down.
The temperature outside is about 43 C , so it's very very hot, but I got used to it. Natives of this land and people who lived here long enough know how to handle these temperatures: you just stay inside in an AC most of the day or when you out you make sure that there's an AC around so you don't get boiled up alive- take 2 or 3 showers through the day-drink lots of fluids- cover your head from the sun because it might literally "touch you".
Sadly I had to go outside today to get me an Iced Coffee from the supermarket next door, if somebody asked me to give a reason for depression, I would point directly at the weather as a factor.
So, I think I'll go drink something cold
