It's so hot outside, but went for a nature hike/run this afternoon, and it was great. Something about the sun shining, and sweating from a good workout, that just makes you feel better. I had a bad headache yesterday, and it was lingering today.
Made myself a superfood smoothie - chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons superfood powder (has like sea veggies, etc in it), peanut butter, almond milk, ice cubes, and a banana. Blend it up, and it was pretty yummy. The superfood powder can be rough, but I managed to drown it out. It's really good for you, though.
