It seems to me, in my admittedly naive/uninformed understanding of football, that England's biggest problem over the years has been mainly psychological... mental blocks and bad expectations, but with our biggest rivals out now (Germany and Argentina) maybe that's the confidence boost we need to stand a chance here. It would be nice to get to wear this brand spanking new and very comfortable England shirt a bit longer than till Tuesday
Like in another World Cup, don't ask me which one , I bought a number 10 Owen shirt, and he only went and got himself injured and out of it early on, so people were jeering at me when I carried on wearing that shirt... but it was just so comfortable Decided I wasn't going to make the same mistake this time... so this one's just a blank unnamed/unnumbered one, which hopefully... as long as England doesn't make a complete pig's breakfast of it going forward... I'll get to wear a lot longer
