A little bit stressed because I have a midterm tomorrow and  an iteration of the project due today midnight, and an assignment due Friday.  However I am happy, and am doing well, all praise to God who helps me by his name and helpful blessed power on earth.

I feel I am increasing in feeling good the more I am grateful to God and my parents, and everyone who has helped me.

I love my friends I made at school.  They been a key part of me getting to where I am.

I love my nurse, who has helped me greatly, and I love the recreational therapist as well. I love my doctor and over everyone one of the staff at the mental health center I go to.

I feel so much gratitude to everyone of them who has helped me so much.

I love my family, my brothers and sisters and my parents, they been a key foundation.

I love God and his Messenger and his successors, who have a laid a clear psychological guidance and a path to a cure for me and explained all that I must know and all that will make me see the way forward.

All praise to God who guided me to this, and I would not have been guided, were it not that he guided me.
