Because we're adults and we use language that adults use. The word fuck has a place in our language and it is a word that expresses what it does like no other word that we have available.
If those words offend you, then you probably have some growing up to do because words on their own are never offensive, they're just words. In order to be offensive you must make a statement. Observe:
1. Its fucking hot as balls today.
2. Homosexuals don't deserve to live.
One of those statements is offensive and the other is not. If you were offended by the first one instead the second, you're not very bright and should probably refrain from reproducing or working with small children in any way.
