You put a price on free and fair elections? The cost of elections is seriously a consideration for the richest country on Earth? Are you for real? They use paper ballots in so many countries which are demonstrably poorer than the USA and you're talking about the cost of elections?

Yes of course i put a price on it as there is a price on it . And yes the US is a rich country but the US being a rich country and spending that money effectively are different things .As for countries which are poorer are any of them equivalent to the US in pop size ? How many of these countries have similar election structure ?what's there rate of non hacker related  voter fraud in those countries? Do those countries take the same measures needed to insure security as America would have too . I could go on ...
