I don't know any clearer indication that someone doesn't know what they're talking about than when they're using the word "scientism", like: "You know you constantly need evidence and I don't have anything against evidence just evidencism."
You are basically criticizing people for not seeing something that even you don't know they should supposed to see by means that even you don't know they were supposed to use. If you think there is something that we should see then discover it by yourself, including the means to do it.
