Maybe you guys could create another level of mod, below greens? ... ie greens still make all the decisions but you have something below that to do the mind-numbing grunt work like removing duplicates and fixing quotes... because some people, unaccountably, enjoy that kind of work and find it relaxing J/K (or not if it's a possibility
