But honestly, I personally find this disturbing. Not that someone is trying to keep Trump from going completely balls, but that
A. This is the version of him that is controlled
B. A number of people are willing to keep the country, nay, the planet in the hands of someone they recognize as an amoral madman so that the manipulators can remain in power.
C. They think this is good news and they are secret heros.
D. By revealing their existence to the amoral madman they are playing Russian roulette, pun intended, with all of us.
The while thing feels like a really badly written intrigue novel. Reality is stranger than fiction indeed.
