Quite a few years have passed since 1980 and now. I doubt the results of that exam is now considered valid.
The fact that the court found is necessary to subject you to the mental examination process may be more telling than anything. And I doubt the court certified you of anything other than you possess(ed) the mental capability to assist in your case.
