H.P Lovecraft is my favorite atheist

I really wanted to enjoy Lovecraft's stories but just couldn't be bothered continuing with them. I bought a paperback on holiday once at and can't remember a single thing about what I read.

I enjoy the Call of Cthulhu role playing game though.

I could barely get through Lovecraft, too. I think it's his intentionally archaic style and his refusal to use dialogue, and the fact that on the rare occasion he does use it, it's so dull it's clear why he never bothers.
