Refugee thread!

Quite shockingly, here in Malaysia which has a mix of ol' Brit Empire Common Law tinged with an unhealthy dose of Sharia there was a recent survey...

It was discovered that over 87% percent of children here were underage.

Disgusting!

Where are you living in Malaysia, if you don't mind me asking?
I'm hoping to make it back over for the Thaipusam at the start of next year.
Then a quick trip up to Taman Negara and a little relaxing on the beach at the Perhentian Islands, depending on the weather. :-)
I'd also like to visit Penang again but I'll probably only have a week.

Although that's only until Tuesday. I'm being banned / evicted / exiled / made homeless.

Don't ask why. It is only partially to do with the blasphemy laws and nothing what-so-ever to do with that incident with the goat.

So I'm losing two homes (virtual and physical) within the same week. Thinking of changing my name to Diogenes. Or maybe, Biogenes ('cause more sciencey).

So it's off to Phuket for a while to sit on a beach... awful!

But let me know your dates and we could arrange to meet... I'll be in and out of the country for work ... oops!... I mean, on a tourist visa.
