The judge is a known liar. Maybe he shouldn't have lied so much..it would make it easier to believe him in this? That, in and of itself..should disqualify him for the position. AKA "ruin his life". Thing is, the traitor caucus already knew he was going to perjure himself repeatedly. It seems as if they were also aware of these allegations.
