The weird thing about having something like that happen, and I can't speak for any other women... just for myself, is that it's like a deer in the headlights reaction. Like the doctor that rubbed his dick on my knee, I was so shocked that I froze. I guess for a guy it would be like walking down the street and have someone randomly come up and sucker punch you in the face. You're just sort of dazed by the incident.
I was never raped but I've know women who were and they were messed up for life. For a guy, imagine if you're at a party and some bigger, tougher, taller, stronger guy wrestled you down and shoved a steel pipe up your butt to prove how weak you were. This is kinda what we're talking about. It really messes with your mind.
With the added trauma of worrying if you are pregnant or injured so badly you can't get pregnant in the future. As well as the worry of STDs.
