The smart money is on Bart saying he can't put his family through this anymore, sniffle sniffle, boohoo, and pulling out. Scrotus hung absolutely everybody out to dry in his comments. He's not thinking about it, he has no message or guidance, he's relying on Grassley, and that's that. It's not his fault, whatever happens, he doesn't know. Hilarious, since he was told unequivocally that Bart was the worst candidate and he should pick someone else.
