Not even close to dried out. It's a great time to be a roofer in NC. They are booked out now months in advance. Tree people too, still getting trees off of roofs. Now there will be even more. Even here near Raleigh there are over-saturated roots causing trees to lean dangerously with far more rain (and wind) expected, starting today. There was a piece on the news last night about who should pay to get a giant leaning tree cut down before it falls---the person whose land it's rooted in or the person whose house it IS going to fall on, soon. That's in Cary, NC which is 140 miles inland.
This one is scary. Even here.
