Value without a metric doesn’t mean anything, and without a subject to evaluate it, there is no metric.

True, so we agree on the need of perception to give objective value, I say God has perfect measuring skills and his judgment weighs with truth.

I don't think any possible being other then the absolute being qualifies for this.
