Even if it were all fake, the area was cleared of heaps of shag ark trees before an endangered species of Indiana bats could migrate there to nest. So much habitat loss for the sake of pseudoscience.
Ok, maybe you are right, but it looked fake because the construction insulation paneling was exposed in the pick I saw, just like you'd see on any new house or new business. That would also make it a waste of trees too.
