If you step on an ant's nest do you think they look up and see a human? A living, moving being? Or do they perceive it as a force of nature, their tiny eyes and minds can't comprehend what is above the giant foot crushing them. To them you are not a human, you are an act of God, like an earthquake or a tidal wave.

The Bible was translated from Hebrew - the Hebrew word for 'day' is not synonymous with our 24 hour day. It means any length of time. Therefore God creating the universe in 7 days could be billions of years in our 24 hour days.
