I'll be interested to see what structure can be used to make this successful.  I'm also leary of getting into a situation that is too constraining.  If you can hit the sweet spot I'd be in.

Some possibilities for me would include the Watts book Aegon mentioned, Pirsig's Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, and ee cummings' Six Non-Lectures.

I think the ones that have had the most influence have come when their influence was most welcome and needed.  Many books have contributed to my worldview but these these showed up at a time when major girders were needed.
