You'd need to know in advance that this is what they were. I consider heavy equipment lots as lovely playgrounds. They've learned to not leave the keys in the gear.

There's a KFC about two blocks from the main gate of the USN facility in Yokosuka, Japan. Not because of the sailors, KFC is everywhere.
And now that the move is on to legalize all of those secret herbs and spices...
