Chronologically for a human, no.  Psychologically it depends on your frame of mind.

A couple of weeks ago I took a neighbour who is wheelchair bound shopping on a Saturday morning (something I do every couple of weeks -shaddap!).  By the time we were done I was actually tited and soaked with sweat (it was a rare hot day here).

I actually said, "Fuck I'm getting old!"

I say that to demonstrate frame of mind.
