If you're suggesting a silicon-based as likely, but we see carbon-based and we see the relationship between dirt/soil, vegetation, and humans, then that would seem more problematic to you.  Additionally we see a symbiotic relationship.  God breathed into us.  Equally so, our breath provides carbon dioxide for plants, and they provide oxygen in return.  Throw in the sun and we have photosynthesis so that the plants have a fuel source, as wall as what they draw from the soil.  Additionally that same sun helps us to produce vitamins we need, like Vitamin D.  And that's just some of it.  A very complex and ordered system.

 That's... a nice reply.

But it's not adressing the issue.

Life is based around organic/carbon chemsitry.

Dirt, rocks etc are made up mostly of NOT carbon based stuff.

That there are trace elements and organic compounds in soul is caused by the complexinteractions of, well, life.

Worms, fungii, bacteria all go towards turning 'Dirt' into 'Soil'.

The fable you're referencing is saying that the diety formed people out of 'Dirt'.

What dirt is does not match with what we are.

So... is it a true, litteral tale?

Or are we back to reading Aesop's fables again?

Not at work.

Sounds like you're telling the fables.  We're not made of rocks, yet you're insistent we should be.  Why?

Also, we find carbon in soil, so not sure why you're rambling on about it as being a problem.

Sorry, I'll stick to common sense and you can believe we should be rock people.

Oh look, it's evolution.  The rocks are turning into people with hats. Hilarious
