I'll talk to my therapist about that, but I don't want to risk much, I'm still financially dependent on my parents. Also, dad panics over everything, that is why I'm used to keep secrets from him.
Heh, my dad panics easily too, especially if it concerns me, and I too hide things from my parents to keep them from worrying all the time, but see if you share your worries with them, at least you'd be there for support when they do panic

As for financial dependence, well, you'd obviously know your parents better, but you are still quite young and can still rely on your parents, however, if you don't seek help now and your problems persist, it might be a bit too late when the time comes for you to be truly independent. And trust me, work life is gonna be a lot more stressful than your school life.
