This is an atheist website and my guess is, nobody is interested in your unsubstantiated claims (that some fictional character forbade something), unless you can convince us that someone ever has existed and indeed forbade stuff.
Even better, you may even explain why you think its a good idea to forbid that suff, instead of licking some fictional boots.
